2. Academic Services
eCampus Aspire provides the following academic services:

- Results & Transcripts: View academic results and generate unofficial transcripts. Official transcripts must be obtained through your institution.
- Academic Records: Data is sourced from your institution. We are not liable for inaccuracies in source data.
3. Financial Transactions
When making payments through the platform:
- All payment amounts are set by your educational institution.
- Transactions are processed through secure third-party gateways.
- Refunds are subject to your institution's policies and timelines.
- Report payment issues within 48 hours via Payment History > Query.
Note: eCampus Aspire facilitates payments but is not responsible for institutional refund policies or delays.
4. Communication Tools
Chat Rooms
- Use respectful, academic-appropriate language.
- Prohibited: Harassment, spam, illegal content, or commercial solicitation.
- Messages may be moderated for compliance.
Push Notifications
- You can opt-out of non-essential notifications.
- Critical academic alerts cannot be disabled.
5. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:

- Platform Content: Logos, UI, and text are owned by Cinfores Ltd. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

- Academic data accuracy depends on institutional sources.
- Service may be interrupted for maintenance or updates.
- We are not liable for indirect damages arising from platform use.
- Third-party services (e.g., payment gateways) operate under their own terms.
8. Termination
Accounts may be suspended or terminated for:

- Fraudulent activity or payment issues.
- Inactivity for 24+ months.
